I love trying new workouts and this one is awesome. It is fun and really gives your whole body a good workout. The video starts with stretching and deep breathing. There are 24 exercises focusing on different parts of the body, strength and skill levels. This is simple to follow with step by step instructions so its great for beginners. This is a great core workout. Just after a few weeks of using this video I have better muscle tone and more energy. Nothing feels better than seeing results from a workout. If you have weight loss goals. want to improve muscle tone and flexibility or just want strengthen your core I highly recommend this video.
