I was so excited to try this temperature gun. It measure temperatures in celsius and fahrenheit. It measures temperatures from -158°F - 716°F. The laser makes sure your aim is right and it as a easy to grip handle. You can use this for cooking, automotive diagnostics, HVAC service or Electrical troubleshooting. It has a auto shut off and a hold function to lock readings. I wanted this temperature gun for cooking. I wanted a more accurate oven temperature. It also made it easier to cook on the stovetop and grill. Knowing the temperature of your pans makes it easier to cook your food perfectly, how many people know what temp medium is anyway? I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review and I can honestly say I would recommend this for everyone, I get a lot of use out of it in the kitchen and my husband said he accurate reading on his electrical work.
