This sleep mask is so lightweight and comfortable. It fits around your eyes perfectly keeping out all light. Unlike other sleep mask this one has deep molded cups, so it doesn't rub against your eyelids or eyelashes. The mask stayed in place when I slept, other mask I have tried would never be over my eyes when I woke up, which pretty much made them useless. I have been on a 3rd shift schedule for a really long time and sleep during the day which is hard when its light out. It is so important to get a good nights sleep, and any small amount of light can disturb REM.  I highly recommend this if you're like me and sleep during the day.
