This is a great cooking tool. I have used it a few times now and everytime, my food comes out of the oven perfect. The screen is easy to read. The thermometer is easy to set and use. I just inserted the probe in the roast and closed the oven door. The 36 inch cable is thin and I had no trouble closing my oven; no heat escaped either. I just set the timer and watched some Netflix until it beeped. I highly recommend this thermometer. I have tried many products by MeasuPro and they are all high quality.
