This monitor is very accurate. When I first got it I took both mine and my husbands blood pressure. I used it a few times on both of us and got the same reading each time. My blood pressure was the same reading I had got at the doctor a few days earlier. It is easy to set up, you just put in 2 AAA batteries that came with it. You just wrap the monitor around your wrist, I put my elbow on my table, keeping my wrist level with my heart and pressed the on button. The monitor does the rest of the work. It only takes a couple minutes. It comes with a plastic container to store the monitor in. This is a great product to have in your house. I have been on and off bed rest the last 2 years having surgeries, and monitoring my blood pressure is very important.
