I love baking and cooking. I have just recently started making cakes with fondant. You can make such awesome cakes with it. When I got this roller I decided to make a marshmallow fondant. Unlike other fondants I have tried marshmallow is actually good to eat as well as to look at. This roller worked great. The fondant didn't stick to the roller at all. It didn't break the fondant and it rolled evenly, even when I rolled it really thin. It helped keep the surface very smooth, so I didn't need to smooth it out except for the edges to fit your cake. It is easy to clean. It is a durable, high quality roller. I definitely recommend it if you're in the market.
