Got this just in time for grilling! While the rest of the country in buried in snow, its spring in Florida. It is way to hot to cook indoors, so we try to grill everything! This burger press is great, we like to buy food in bulk and freeze it to save money. I made a bunch of burgers patties with beef, salmon, and turkey I also made some stuffed burgers, vacuum sealed them all and but then in freezer. Its so convenient to just take what you need out of the freezer and cook them. This is also great for making sausage patties and crab cakes. This press is made with a durable non-stick plastic and is very easy to clean. You can make 1/4 to 1/2 thick patties. The press has a lifter making it easy to remove the patties from the press. I love the lifter because with other presses I have used the patties stick, so this is a great feature. I definitely recommend this, it saves you time, money and makes a perfect burger.
