This is an excellent thermometer. It is accurate, easy to use, and gives you a temperature in seconds. The numbers on the LCD screen are big and easy to read. The thermometer is waterproof and is easy to clean. I have been using this more than my other thermometers. I like that I can just stick the probe in the food and get an accurate temp every time, without having to mess around with cables or set timers like I do on my other thermometers. My hubby has been using this to fry food on the stove top. Its important to make sure the oil temp is is right before dropping the food in.
