I was so excited to try out these gluten-free layered cakes from Inspired by Happiness. They all looked so amazing! They were so delicious, you won't believe they are gluten free. With the holidays coming up these would be perfect to serve guest or bring for the host of your holiday dinner.
My family's favorite is the Dreaming of Strawberries, but we loved them all. The frosting was creamy and delicious. The cake was soft and moist. The strawberry filling in the Dreaming of Strawberries cake was perfect! Some cakes fruit filling is to sweet, way to much sugar! But not this one, this one had just the right amount of sweetness.
