This is a quality shower seat. I was excited to get this. I am in between surgeries and a little weak sometimes. I love to have this seat in the shower, so I don't have to worry about falling. This is a great product for people like me that have to be careful due to medical issues, seniors and anyone with a handicap. It is also amazing for us ladies or men that shave. Its a lot safer and easier to shave your legs sitting down in the shower. I usually take a bath to shave but I hate wasting water, and you have to, to rinse off when you're done in the bath. This bath seat fits in my tub/shower perfectly. It is very sturdy but also lightweight and easy to move. It has rubber feet to prevent slipping. This is easy to put together, you don't need any tools. Its easy to adjust the height, you just move the legs up or down and they will click into place.
